Stuart Earle

Stuart started his career as a P.E and Geography teacher at Derby Grammar School in 2005 after graduating from Loughborough University. However, the lure of working in horticulture, with wildlife and being creative took hold and he became a landscape gardener in 2007 when he moved to Bath, Somerset.

Stuart initially worked as a sub-contractor for the Bath Garden Company and completed landscaping related training courses in his spare time. These included an online Diploma with Stonebridge college in Garden Design; Construction courses in brick laying and carpentry at Able Skills training centre in Dartford; and horticultural classes at RHS Wisely gardens in Surrey.

In February 2009 Stuart set up Earle's Landscapes. For five years Earle’s Landscapes built a first class reputation in Bath and became a Limited company in early 2012. In August 2014 Stuart relocated back to Kent where he is originally from and the business has gone from strength to strength.

Brett Millen

After finishing sixth form college in 2007 Brett, being of farming stock, pursued a career in agriculture. It was only when farm work failed to be consistent enough that Brett began his career in landscaping, which he quickly fell in love with. Working first with his father maintaining a large garden in Kent, Brett took an apprenticeship of sorts working as a labourer for a local landscape gardener. Quickly becoming proficient in many aspects of hard landscaping, Brett made the move to another local landscape gardener who specialized in both hard and soft landscaping. After completing several projects on his own, Brett started working with Earle’s Landscapes in January 2016 and hasn't looked back.

Charlie Cox

Charlie started working for Earle's Landscapes in October 2018. He is completing a landscaping apprenticeship with Earle's in partnership with Hadlow college. Charlie's 2 year apprenticeship programme includes one day per week at College at the Hadlow campus and 4 days per week working on site.
