Estimates
We charge the following amounts for our estimation process.
- £100.00 + vat for estimates of projects up to £15,000 + vat.
- £150.00 + vat for estimates of projects from £15,000 + vat to £40,000 + vat.
- £200.00 + vat for estimates of projects over £40,000 + vat.
Our estimates include a 30-minute on-site consultation meeting with company director Stuart Earle. He listens to the client’s ideas and offers his own thoughts if required.
Photographs and measurements are taken and within five days a qualified, no-obligation estimate (and if necessary a scaled sketch) of the planned work will be sent.
If a client has scaled and/or in-depth drawings of a planned project with the exact materials used we can provide an estimate without the consultation meeting. The client will need to send photographs of the existing site along with its access.
Our charges for this service are:
- £40.00 + vat for estimates of projects up to £15,000 + vat.
- £70.00 + vat for estimates of projects from £15,000 + vat to £40,000 + vat.
- £100.00 + vat for estimates of projects over £40,000 + vat.
